hi erin yes this is as far as i got but then i get stuck there as it asks if i want to do download beta updates and underneath if i want updates, ich can gp 'space' to mark what i need but then this is as far as i get. no other options to start the update. nothing works i can tab around but nothing to start any actual updating :-( i trid searching around with jaws curso as well as cursor to pc and so forth but nothing. thanks so much for trying to help, appreciate it very much
