David: 1. I had the last update of Nod32, but it locked up the downloads from my Roadrunner pop3 server. They finally told me to disconnect it. 2. Have been trying to install AVG 8.0 on my Pc running Jaws 9 and XP Pro but keep getting an error message with the install. Tried tto get documentaion from your website, but found it very difficult to get the downloads. Can you help?
