Hi Friends,
I've recorded several books on cassette into my computer using Gold Wave 5.5.
Each side of the tape is about 45 minutes long. I'd like to burn the books
to a CD. I, however, would like to put a break every 15 minutes to avoid having
to listen to a whole side of a cassette at a time. When I do this and then
listen to it on the CD there is a silent gap of about 2 seconds at every break.
There is no place that works out where the gap sounds OK. I'm using Windows
XP Pro and Nero 5 or Windows Media Player 11. Is there a way to burn the 15
minute sections to a CD where there will be no gap that I can hear between
the sections. When I cut the recorded sides into sections I removed all the
silence from the beginning and end of each section. any help would be
appreciated.
Brian
