[Blind-Computing] System restore failure

Good afternoon list.  I have a computer running windows xpsp2.  About 95% of 
the time when I try to use system restore I get a failure message.  I am told 
the restoration was incomplete and no changes were made to my computer.  I went 
to the Microsoft website, but could not find a patch or any kind of update to 
resolve this problem.  If anyone has had this issue and solved it, I would 
appreciate knowing how to do this.  Thanks.
