Hi Kathy, If your ISP or email provider does not have a spam filter, I would look at maybe using a web based email service like Gmail by Google. Gmail filters spam amazingly well and it will learn what you consider spam. You simply mark something as spam or move it to a folder.
With a move to Gmail, you could forward your current email to Gmail to take advantage of their filter without losing you current address. Also, if you are hooked on Outlook Express, you could setup Gmail as an IMAP account to use with OExpress. To me Gmail is the best option now that they allow IMAP (the mail stays on their server, not your computer). I agree with others you should check out spyware software too. I recommend ...
