Hi John,

Go to a file in the folder and make sure the item is unchecked by pressing 
ctrl spacebar.  Now press the applications key and the first or second item 
in there will be the Arrange Icons.  Press enter on this and then enter on 
Name.

That should do it.  The important thing is that the file you are on is 
unselected;  this changes the applications key selection.
