I'm using Office 2007 with Windows XP and JAWS 9 and find it all works very well together.
The first difference is that you will find these options under a different menu tab. Alt M will bring you to the Mail tab menu. Tab through these options to find envelopes, labels and mail merge. It is set up a little different so it will take some exploring, but it is accessible, which is more than we can say for some other products out there. I've printed addresses on individual envelopes and made a sheet of labels with all the same name on them. These are very much like previous Office versions. I haven't done mail merge yet, but taking a quick look at it shows that it is set up a bit different. Selecting recipients, for example is done straight from the Mail menu. So explore and enjoy it.
