I don't really mind test messages very much so far as that goes. It can get out of hand when multiple people reply to it is all. In outlook express right here I have 4 email addresses in this single identity, and when I wish to post from any of them other than the default I simply hit shift + tab after creating a new message to land in the list of email accounts. From there I just up and down arrow until I land on the account I want for that particular message. Now on these lists my default address isn't subscribed to either of these mailman lists but I have it set as a non subscribed address. Take note some time most any message I start the thread with comes from a different address than this message is coming from right now. Pretty tricky after only an enormous time to figure it out.
