You asked why I haven't gone to JAWS 9 when I have a SMA for it.
Part of the reason is that I don't like Eloquence and have used the GW
Micro version of DEC-Talk Access 32 and my understanding is that JAWS 9 and
the DEC-Talk don't play nicely together. I also had some issues with JFW 8
that I haven't found solutions for and I'm a bit afraid they'll be worse
with 9. I'd been hoping to try it before my tech comes and he could call FS
about any that pop up once he gets my monitor working again. I guess plain
old lack of working brain cells and not needing 9 for anything is another
reason.
