I had Zone Alarm on my PC several years ago and could manage to navigate within the window very well.
I downloaded and installed Super Anti-Spyware and it discovered 141 potentials problems over and above AdAware and AdAware usually finds about 20-25 problems whereas SpyBotSD typically only finds two or so problems.
