What kind of problem do you have exactly? I'm interested to know as I probably will be installing that on my computer soon and since my husband already has it on his, we noticed a pop up everytime he first boots up asking for allowing of certain programs by the firewall. I did download the manual and plan to read that part on the firewall see what it recommends to do.. But any feedback or problems might be worth noting.
