When you are searching for source and or target folders it's a standard dialog
box kind of a deal. First obviously you need to decide what folder you wish to
replicate, that would be your source. Next you need to decide where the backup
files are going to end up after the replication process is completed. There's
really no magic involved at all, try it out I bet you find it's pretty easy.
