I'm trying to get messages to show in groups so that JAWS says expanded and collapsed. I have the show in groups option checked under view, arrange by. It won't do it. I find this feature handy if I see a thread I don't care to view because I can hit delete on the entire thread and delete all the messages at once. This is handy for high traffic lists. Has anyone experienced this difficulty and figured out how to solve it? Thanks for any assistance.
