Hi,

I bought my package for $19.95 at my local office store.

The official cost of the software is $49.95, but at the end of the 90 days
trial, Microsoft offered me to buy the software, download, for $29.95.

The software is very friendly, just install it and forget about it. It
does the scanning and updating automatically.

The only difficulty that I had, I had with setting the backup, I had to use
the JAWS cursor, but after you set it, it is done.

Best wishes,
                         Aran

In addition to the cost question, I thought I remembered reading a while
back on this list that JAWS was having some significant problems with
navigating this software package? Any current members of the list have
comments?

thanks
Al

Hello,

Windows Live OneCare is PC security application
with antivirus, firewall, anti spyware and additional tools to clean and
maintain well performing PC.

The Windows Live OneCare also has a backup tools that enable you to backup
all email, favorites, music, video and all other files.

a Windows Live OneCare license is good for up to 3 PCs, and can backup files

for 3 PCs. The backup for 3 PCs can be done by each PC or by 1 PC for all 3

PCs.

Windows Live OneCare is very easy to use and JAWS friendly.

Basically, install it and leave it alone and it will do the job for you.

HTH

Best wishes,
                                   Aran

Hi dear Kathy and list!

This is an anti phis fraud tool.
That means, that there many worms, trojans, backdoors, phis fraud tools,
adwares, wich comes in in our windows live.
But, if we have this scanner, we are protected it from this tools.
I had many worms, and I could not remove wit nod32, only with antivir
personal edition classic, but this scanner was off.
Other day, I had again the same virus, and it said, that it is a virus, and
succesfully deleted that.
This day was the scanner on.
So, if you do not want to have annoising trojans, malvare, worms, fake
antiviruses, the name is phisfraudtool, in pure language fake antivirus.
I know it, because I use Avira Antivir Personal Edition Classic, and I
learned it from this very good program, I can only recommend all, but,
perhabs, with the safety scanner.
Attention, the safety scanner is not enough, you must have a good antivirus,
for example avira antivir, or avast home.
God bless!
Lali
