Hi Annette, I didn't read your e-mail before responding to Richard. The letter I refer to in that post we were printing in black and white. On the monitor everything was in black and white but the e-mail address was in blue. This is the way all e-mails appear on the monitor, meaning the body of the e-mail is in black print and the e-mail addresses are in blue. I hope someone has an answer. Thanks.----- Mike & Barbara
