Hi all, I'm using Outlook 2003 for my e-mail needs, however I have a couple of questions. How do I stop JAWS 9 from telling me things like "this message has been converted to plain text", "this message is of high importance", etc? Also, why does my Windows Vista laptop repeatedly dings on some messages. It doesn't repeat continuously, but it happens when JAWS starts reading the message, and it's a random problem, if this is such a problem. Thanks in advance for answering my questions.
