Not sure re: your first question, but after enabling the More button in that search/replace dialogue, I see that the special character combo for a line break/paragraph marker is: ^p
This means that if you search for , and replace it with ^p (shift + 6 on the number row), then it'll put each element onto a new line as such. Think it's actually putting a paragraph marker in, so maybe look down that more list to find just a line break (maybe ^l or something).
