Hi Mich, Here's a couple of things to try: 1. Unload and then re-load Jaws. If that doesn't work, then 2. Re-boot the machine. You could re-boot the machine, and skip option 1, but that won't help determine whether it is a system problem, or a Jaws problem. If those options fail, power the machine off, and wait a bit before restarting. If you need more help, let us know, and tell us if you are useing a desktop, or laptop machine. HTH, Richard Q. hi all. I seem to have a problem with my keyboard. I can't seem to get in to the system tray. I also go in to IE and hit control o and it doesn't say open web sight or what ever it is suppose to say there. Also when I hit the delete key to deletes a file the file doesn't delete.
