I have now used Avast a few times and it seems to work ok. Well, what I mean is, I can hear it working its way through the computer and making all the usual noises.
When I look in the pulldown menus I see that Status is unavailable, last scan report is unavailable and, I think, view report is also unavailable. Am I doing anything wrong or what? As far as I can tell I've adopted all the recommended changes I've seen on this list.
