You can use special software to restore your data. It depends on what file system you use - fat or ntfs. I used a program 3 years ago to restore my data because of virus that deleted my hard disk contents. Unfortunately I don't remember its name but it was for fat file system and restored almost 100%. There are programs like undelete my files and gdb (get data back), but I didn't used them and am not able to tell you how accessible they are. The most important thing is not to put data on that drive untill you restore the old data, because your deleted data may be lost forever. Then I come home I may look for more information about undeleting tools. HTH Negoslav
