The long winded way is to press F2 on the file you want to print the name of, press control plus c and then paste into Word or Notepad or whatever editor you are using to print out the names of the tracks.
A quicker way is to use a free utility called print folder which can save the listed contents of a folder as a text file. You can then edit this to make up the list you want to print . There are settings to determine what attributes you want to include as information. I normally turn all these off so that only the manes of the MP3's in the folder are saved in the file. After installing print folder you will find it added to the context menu so if you press the application key you will see the option to print folder. As I say you do not actually have to print. You can simply save as a text file instead.
