Hi Chris,

Can the Avast Home Free version be set up on a schedule? I haven't found a
schedule page and just was wondering if I was overlooking something. I used
the steps you suggested about archive password protected scanning and things
went well. Thanks for your help.

Mike

Hi all, please don't worry about messages like that. It just means that
Avast couldn't scan the files in that archive because it was password
protected. What you can do is tab to the action button, hit space on that,
arrow to delete, press enter, ensure that delete file(s) permanently is
checked, activate the delete button, enter on that, and the results should
refresh with the new data. Don't worry; I don't think it deletes the
archives found to have been "locked", but I'm not sure about that one. I'll
check this out. Hope that helps.
