You can purchase a version to be able to do all file formats, but works fine for most common ones in free mode, and lets you set various options like file format frequencies etc. etc., and I specifically use it to convert files for my creative zenstone player including just dropping the bitrates cos I don't seem to need more than 64KHz, and that let's me put way more files on the 1Gb player.
