There are a couple kind. One has an attached microphone, and one does not. They can be gotten from Radio Shack. That is where I got mine. Just plug them into a USB port on your computer, and Jaws will speak through it when it starts up provided it is plugged in when Jaws starts. I can't speak to window eyes users.
