I like to do things the plain and simple way. That way, you don't have to remember so many special key strokes and methods.
If I want anything from an e-mail message, here is what I do. 1. I open the message of interest. 2. I open the file menu. 3. I select the Save As... option 4. I save the message as a .txt file. 5. I open the .txt file with NotePad. 6. I can edit or copy any part of the message including the header and the body.
