Hi all, first, I apologize for the vague subject line; I couldn't think what to put. The problem has been solved. It turned out that for one, the volume check box was checked in Winamp Preferences, and for two, that setting doesn't appear to be saving, so I bet as soon as she opens Winamp it'll mute itself again. Anyone else had problems saving Winamp Preferences?
