Hi DeWayne, You might look into the Ocutech Auto or Manual focus telescopic glasses. I currently use the Auto-Focus VES system to work the computer screen. The magnifications come in 4x and 6x (manual only).
http://ocutech.com Location: Chapel Hill/Durham, North Carolina By: Dr. Henry Greene I've been using the system for 12 years now with great success. I first saw the glasses back in 1988 when they were being developed but it took a few years before I needed them. I would highly recommend the manual focus because I sit in front of a PC all day which requires little refocusing, plus the manual are cheaper. As for a light, you may need to look into an adjustable desk light or a Mag-Lite with adjustable arm. Lighting in a case is going to be difficult. Hope this helps. Check out Ocutech, the product is excellent with great support.
