Hi,
You could do one of two things.

1.  If the documents are on a separate older already on your disk, you can 
copy and paste it into your My Documents folder and then rename it.

2.  Or you could go into My Documents and  create the folder with the 
correct name.  Then, you would need to open the folder and paste the 
documents into it from your disk.  I've found that just highlighting the 
folder's name and trying to paste the documents into it without opening it 
doesn't work that well.
