Hi Jason, While you are in the download dialogue, when you get to, My Documents, press enter to open that folder, then arrow to the downloaded software folder you created. Once you have located that folder, then again, press enter to open it. Now, continue thru the dialogue as you normally would. Keep in mind, this will now be the default folder for all downloads, whether they are software or not. HTH,

The software did download fine, and appeared in "my documents" folder. But it appeared just as another file next to the "downloaded software" folder I wanted it to go into. My question is, in the future, how can I have the file download straight into the folder I want? For example, if the next download is software again, how can I choose to have it download straight into my "downloaded software" folder?
