How do you go about trying to save the attachments?

In mine, using outlook express - but I think it's the same in Outlook, I
just open the message, then use the file menu, go down to save attachments,
make sure all attachments are selected in the list there, then make sure
it's targeting the correct folder using the browse button, then select the
save button, and there you go.

I also use this when wanting to resize loads of pics in one go since if you
in windows explorer select them all, go to send to, and then select mail
recipient, you can choose to have them all resized at one time, and they
then appear as attachments in a new message where you can also save them in
one go.
