Hi: What I do is paste the entire contents into a new message, go to the bottom of the material that you want to get rid of, and hit control shift home which will highlight everything from the cursor on up. Then you can hit delete, or do with it what you will. This works very well for me and it only gets rid of the addresses, and doesn't affect anything below the cursor at all.
