I use Outlook 2000 and I have message rules set for certain emails to go into designated folders. I have created different sounds for my emails, so I will know who I am getting an email from when I hear the sounds. I am wanting to change the sounds for some of them. Is there a way that I can go into message rules and just change the sound, or do I have to create each one again from scratch? Thanks for any help that I can get on this subject.
