Oh yes, just thought of another (simpler) thing. If you're using Jaws, then Jaws key + Q will tell you the currently loaded script name, as well as the actual application name.
My Jaws 9 in fact says the name, and then spells it as well, and while it sometimes tells you an active DLL (dynamic link library), it should generally tell you the actual executable name.
