It's a disk image that either needs to be written to either a CD or DVD, but 
there is also another way to work around this by actually mounting it as a 
virtual drive which you can then access.

It's a form of support built into certain versions of Windows XP (and maybe 
Vista), but I can't remember where I found it since you have to download two 
files (one's the driver, and the other is the utility that handles it for 
you), but I found it using google to search for virtual disk image .iso 
emulation or something like that.

Alternatively, something like deepburner can pretty easily be used to 
actually write it to disk.
