After looking through the one appendix (shortcut keys) of that tutorial by John Wilson ( MICROSOFT EXCEL 97, 2000, 2002 AND 2003 FROM THE KEYBOARD), I see that if (in Excel 2003 it works anyway), if you hit Shift + F3, a dialogue pops up letting you select formulaes from categorised lists, which should give you 'access' to every one there is.
