Hello List,

At work we use a Sysco VPN system to log into our workstation on our desk
when we are at an off site location. I am able to get through that process
with JAWS 9.x running on the computer I am using at the off site location.
As expected, when I launch the Remote Desk Top (RDT) JAWS is no longer
available. It is my understanding that by purchasing the JAWS Remote Access
Dongle for Citric Servers and the JAWS Remote Access software I will be able
to get through the RDT and be able to work with my work station at work from
my remote location. Unfortunately, every time I call FS support to ask
questions about this, I am getting conflicting information. So, here are my
questions.

1. When using Sysco VPN and the RDT, and JAWS is set up like it would be
for a Citrix Server, will JAWS continue to work once logged into the remote
workstation?

2. Since the Dongle is plugged into the computer you are working from at
the off site location, and the JAWS Dongle serial number is the same as the
JAWS version running on that computer, do you need the same JAWS version and
serial number on the computer on your desk at work?

3. If you can accomplish this, what versions of JAWS will I be able to use,
i.e. JAWS 7.x, 8.x, and/or 9.x?

4. Is there an easier way to do this?

Thanks for any information you can provide.
Annette
