This list is handled by the mailman program and it does not like it when folks
send blind carbon copies of messages to the group. What happens is that one of
us has to go up on the server and manually approve or deny it. So folks it
makes more work for us when you do that kind of thing, please remember this
little fact. Also duplicate posting is restricted by me on the server side of
this system just so you all are aware of that fact.
