I don't think that's possible, because thousand upon thousands of people 
would be using MSN. Imagine you would have all the people online in Skype. 
You would have around 20 million contacts, and about 10 million of them 
almost never would get online, and the other 10 million... well, you would 
need maximum 100 of them.
