Hi all, E-mailing on behalf of a friend who's experiencing sluggish performance when creating or opening files in Word 2003. This only happens for some time, then the performance is back. She's using JAWS 8 as her screen reader, running in 40 minute mode. Would deleting normal.dot solve the problem? What else could she do? Thanks in advance for the help.
