I personally have never tried Dreamweaver, however I use FrontPage 2003 as 
my web editor. With that I can create web pages or websites using either the 
page (WYSIWYG) view or HTML view, so no HTML knowledge is required in order 
to create professional-looking websites. Hope this helps.
