HI Freddie. Ah, I haven't been doing shift delete. I will definitely give that a try. I didn't know about the recycle bin being a problem when it came to the Zen Stone as well. Learning something new everyday from you nice folks. Thanks for that great tip. Smile.

The first option will dump them in that drive's own recycle bin instance (go empty the recycle bin on the desktop), whereas, shift + delete automatically just deletes files for real and bypasses the recycle bin (which you won't actually see on the drive itsself since I think it's hidden as such). Finally, and this part isn't too important, but truth is that when you delete something in any way, only the file system pointer (in the FAT: file allocation table) is wiped out, but the actual data remains there to be overwritten since it's place now isn't reserved as such, but anyway...
