Return to the Control Panel and press Control+ Tab twice to access the Internet Time page. Be sure the "automatically synchronize time to Internet server" box is checked, press Space on Update Now button, then Okay. If this doesn't work, you may have a problem with the battery on the motherboard or a weak laptop battery (if applicable).
