Hi David, I finally fixed my problem. The provide feedback with sound box in Options of MS Word was unchecked. I also have found my sound files and I think everything is okay now. Thank you, Richard, and all the fellow list members very much for all the help and information that has been provided on the lists. All the notes I have gathered since joining is how I got through getting my computers back up and running. Again, thank you all very much.
