Hi Jacob, Sorry it took so long to get back to you about reading titles on DVD's. Your suggestion unfortunately didn't work, however, the player did have a neat feature. When using it to play music you don't have to use alt + the letter p to pause and restart playing the music you're listening to. All you have to do is to tap the space bar. Which in my case, as I have very little feeling in my fingers which makes it hard to do duel key, keystrokes. The space bar is very easy to find. So even though it didn't work for the titles it was helpful in another way.
