Is the computer responding to the keyboard, if you press the windows key on the keyboard and the press U then R, will the computer reboot? If so then the computer is functioning properly but JFW is not giving any keyboard echo. If I rember correctly the shortcut to change the keyboard echo is jaws key plus the number 2 on the number row. Frank Ventura, MCP
