Make sure that you have navigation quick keys on. I have Jaws 8 so I cannot tell if these instructions are the same is the same for Jaws 9. Press Insert V Press N Jaws should read Navigation Quick Keys ON If it is set to off then press spacebar to toggle back to ON and then press enter. Let us know if this is the solution.
