This was my husband's laptop and he also had some antivirus program on their probably from the manufacture called Norman which is totally unaccessible with Jaws. That also was the reason why a few months back I asked about a wireless card for online as the laptop wasn't allowing me to do this and come to find out it was that stupid Norman and after we had that removed and before doing that had the laptop rolled back clear to a year ago this month and still no connection. So off went the Norman and on went the AVG and then that program you mention here also was giving us some problems and we had that removed as well.
