Here I am again with email problems.

I had to switch computers and the computer I'm using now had my email 
account in it.  I deleted it, but for some reason, when I go into OE to set 
a different account, though it says there are zero accounts, OE still acts 
as if an account is still present.

How do I fix this situation so that OE will come up with no apparent 
account, needing me to set up a new one?

I hope this is clear enough and that someone can give me some guidance here.
