Hi
Usually, there is a sign up page and help pages on a blogging website.
I have a couple of blogs like this but I haven't used them much. Very often
one has a place to enter text like an article and a place to add pictures to
the article. Then when you save the article you wrote instead of it being
saved to your computer it is posted on the web for the world to read. That
is a rough idea of how it works. I will be glad to help you any way I can.
