Hi, you need to be in the contact window and in the file menu you want to find export. Enter on comma separated values and just follow the wizard. You can give the file name any thing you want. Just make sure you save it in a place you will remember. Open up Outlook and in the file menu find import, select import from another program or file and go to the next button. Arrow down to: comma separated values (Windows) go to the next button. Locate the file and you're all done.
